All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited-edition, mystery-box, collectible, and/or sealed nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. No Returns / No Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference regarding contents received
- Opened or unsealed products
- Market value fluctuations
- Duplicate items received through chance-based products
- Gifts no longer wanted
2. Mystery / Randomized Products
Products marketed as mystery boxes, randomized packs, repacks, or similar formats are sold as entertainment and collectible experiences. Contents vary by package, and all outcomes are final.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives materially damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@thechasestore.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of packaging/product
- Description of issue
We will review and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.
4. Shipping Carrier Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery delays, loss, or damage in transit may be subject to carrier investigation procedures. We will reasonably assist where possible.
5. Fraud / Abuse / Chargebacks
We reserve the right to cancel orders, refuse service, limit quantities, or contest improper chargebacks where fraud, abuse, or policy circumvention is suspected.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights required under applicable law.
